Returns & Exchanges:
Eligible purchases may be returned for store credit, or exchanged within 14 days of receipt with tags attached. Items must be unworn and in new condition. We will gladly exchange an item if the size is available. Sash Clothes offers free returns of eligible merchandise. Please contact us at info@sashclothes.com prior to returning or exchanging your purchase. We will send you a prepaid return label via email. Print the label, package the item and drop in the mail! Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your store credit, or if the item is available in an alternate size for exchange. Store credits will be issued by email in the form of a gift card.
Items marked **FINAL SALE** are not accepted for return or exchange.
Items purchased during BOGO sale are not accepted for return or exchange.
Jewelry is not accepted for return or exchange.
Grab Bag Sale items are not accepted for return or exchange.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
