Returns & Exchanges:
Purchases not marked final sale may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt with tags attached for store credit. Items must be unworn and in new condition. We will gladly exchange an item if the size is available. Sash Clothes is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning or exchanging your purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your store credit, or if the item is available in an alternate size for exchange. A store credit will be issued by email in the form of a gift card.
Items marked **FINAL SALE** are not accepted for return or exchange.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

We offer free shipping on purchases within the continental U.S.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
